These terms apply when you buy or download anything from Kitbox. Buying a product means you accept them.

What you are buying

Kitbox sells digital files — spreadsheets, templates and desktop applications. You are buying a licence to use the file. You are not buying the copyright, and no physical goods are shipped.

Your licence

You may:

• Use the product for your own business or personal work, without limit.
• Edit, rebrand and adapt it however you like.
• Use it in work you deliver to your own clients.
• Install it on the devices you personally use.

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute or give away the files themselves.
• Publish them anywhere others can download them.
• Sell the product as your own template or product, edited or not.
• Share your download link publicly.

In short: use it as much as you want, but do not become a second distributor of it.

Delivery

Your download is available immediately after payment is confirmed. The link works for five downloads over three days — enough to save the file on more than one device, or to recover from a transfer that failed. If you run out, or the link lapses, email us and we will issue a fresh one; your purchase does not expire with the link. Confirmation normally takes seconds; if it takes longer, do not pay again — contact us first, and we will sort it out.

Pricing

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may change prices at any time, but never for a purchase you have already made. Every product is a one-time purchase with no recurring charge.

Refunds

Covered by our Refund Policy. In short: products are digital files delivered immediately, so they are not refundable by default. A refund is offered only where the product's own page says so, and separately in the cases listed in that policy where you did not receive what you paid for — a double charge, an undelivered download, a file we cannot make open, or a product materially different from its description.

Updates

Where a product is advertised as including free updates, that means for as long as we continue to sell and maintain it. It is not a promise to maintain any product indefinitely. If a product is retired, files you have already downloaded remain yours to use.

What we do not promise

Our products are tools, not professional advice. Templates that touch tax, GST, accounting or finance are there to help you organise your own information — they are not a substitute for a qualified accountant, and we do not guarantee that any output meets your legal or regulatory obligations. You are responsible for what you file and for checking your own numbers.

We do not guarantee any product is free of every error, or that it will suit every business. That is why each product page describes what the product does, what it needs, and who it is not built for — read it before buying, and email us first if anything is unclear.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profit, lost data or penalties arising from your use of a product.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to break into, disrupt or overload this website, our admin systems or our download infrastructure, and do not attempt to obtain products without paying.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Coimbatore have exclusive jurisdiction.
