Privacy Policy

Kitbox sells digital files. We collect as little as possible — enough to take a payment, deliver your download, and answer you if something goes wrong.
We never see your card details. Payments are handled entirely by our payment provider. Your card number does not pass through our website or our servers, and we cannot store it.
What we collect
- Your email address and phone number, given at checkout, so we can deliver your download and contact you about that order.
- Order records — which product, the amount, the time, and whether the payment succeeded.
- Technical data — IP address and browser user agent, recorded with the order. This is used to prevent fraud and to measure advertising.
- Usage data — pages viewed and buttons clicked, through the analytics and advertising tools listed below.
We do not ask for your address, date of birth, or any government identity number, and you should never send them to us.
Why we collect it
- To take payment and give you the file you paid for.
- To re-send a download link if you lose it.
- To answer support questions and process refunds.
- To measure which ads bring buyers, so we do not waste money on ones that do not.
- To meet our tax and accounting obligations.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We share it only with the services that make the shop work:
- Razorpay — processes the payment and receives your email and phone for the transaction.
- Cloudflare — hosts our order records and the files you download.
- Netlify — serves the website.
- Meta (Facebook/Instagram) — receives advertising events. Where these include your email, it is hashed before it leaves our server, so Meta receives an irreversible fingerprint rather than the address itself.
- Google Analytics — receives page views and basic device and country information, so we can see which pages people actually read. We do not send it your name, email or phone number.
Cookies and tracking
We use two measurement tools. The Meta Pixel tells us which adverts lead to purchases, and Google Analytics tells us which pages get read and where visitors arrive from. Both set cookies in your browser.
You can block them with your browser settings or an ad blocker — the shop, checkout and your downloads all work normally either way. We do not use cookies to log you in, because there is no account to log in to.
How long we keep it
- Order records: 30 days in our live system. Records required for tax purposes are retained by our payment provider for as long as the law requires.
- Download links: valid for 24 hours after purchase.
- Support emails: until the matter is resolved, then deleted periodically.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email harshcj911@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days. Deleting your order record means we can no longer re-issue your download link, so please save your file first.
Children
Kitbox is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes will be announced on this page.
